flydubai flights to Abha, Saudi Arabia resume

The low-cost airline has restarted flights to four other Saudi cities

After more travel inspiration? flydubai flights to Abha, Saudi Arabia resume on Thursday June 23.

The budget airline will operate daily flights from Dubai to Abha, and a daily return trip. The trip is just a short flight, so Riyadh residents could jet between Abha and Dubai over their summer breaks and experience the attractions and sites of both places.

Flights will depart from Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport (DXB) at 10am and arrive at Abha International Airport (AHB) at 11.45am. The return flight departs from Abha International Airport at 12.45pm and arrives at DXB at 4.25 pm.

Round-trip economy class prices start from SAR1,500 for flydubai flights to Abha, while return airfares for business class start from SAR3,800.

flydubai recently resumed flights to Qassim, Hail and Tabuk, and launched twice-weekly flights to AlUla.

Abha is a famous tourist destination among visitors and residents of the Kingdom alike, thanks to its mild climate, scenic mountain views and tourist sites. Additionally, Abha hosts many summer events, including the Abha Festival. The festival aims to encourage tourism in the region and includes sports and recreational activities, musical events and more.

If you’re looking to go from Abha to Dubai, there are many new attractions to see in Dubai from the recently opened Museum of the Future to the new book-shaped public library, Mohammed bin Rashid Library.
