Jeddah Season returns for 2022

The festival is back following an incredible Riyadh Season

Riyadh Season is ready to close shop after a successful run for nearly five months. Before you get blue, the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has already announced Jeddah Season is back for 2022.

The last Jeddah Season began in June 2019 and ended in July 2019. The festival is making a comeback after nearly three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jeddah Season is returning for a brand-new season and promises to be better than ever. The new identity is being broadcasted in public places, squares, and main roads across billboards.

Full details of Jeddah Season 2022 have yet to be announced, but will be shortly. There’s going to be a press conference revealing Jeddah Season dates, events, and the agenda, this Ramadan. And Time Out will be sharing every important detail about the highly anticipated festival.

The new Jeddah Season identity expresses and aims to showcase cultural diversity, global openness, and a blend of fun and entertainment. Jeddah Season also strives to promote originality, heritage, arts, and the maritime identity that characterises the Red Sea city.

Jeddah Season is part of the countrywide Saudi Seasons festival initiative, which includes Sharqiyah Season in March and Riyadh Season in November. Riyadh Season launched in 2019 and is the biggest festival of its kind in the Middle East.
