Riyadh’s running tracks are growing, just like your step count. For picturesque places to embrace the active life, Wadi Hanifah is a striking valley spread across 120 kilometres. If you’re looking to take the scenic route when it comes to Riyadh running tracks, head here. The huge valley is covered with miles of running ground, though we would rate the “lollipop” loop measuring eight kilometres. There’s also some excellent running at Stone Dam Park (south of the valley), which also includes a 210-step staircase so you can get some extra cardio in. Feel the burn.
