Amazing ants, super spiders, colourful crickets and dazzling dragonflys are just some of the elements of the unique circus performance. In true Cirque du Soleil style, the new Cirque du Soleil OVO show in Riyadh promises plenty of imagination, colour and acrobatic tricks.

Cirque du Soleil’s OVO premiered in Montreal, Canada in 2009 and has toured around the world. Wondering about the name? “Ovo” means egg in Portuguese and references the insect theme of the show. The performance is all about the incredible ecosystem beneath our feet: bugs working, eating and in this case, doing lots of tricks.
The new Cirque du Soleil OVO show in Riyadh runs for 100 minutes, including a 25-minute intermission.
Cirque du Soleil OVO Riyadh will run from Wednesday October 12 to Saturday December 3 with performances happening five times a week at Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University Grandstand. The show will begin at 8pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and at 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
