The Mondrian Riyadh hotel is happening.
It’s the first Mondrian in the Saudi capital, and the Ennismore property will open in the upscale compound Al Malga Urban Village in 2026.
The Al Malga neighbourhood is in northern Riyadh, and it’s the entrance of the recently announced 400-metre-high, cube-shaped skyscraper Mukaab, which is part of the larger New Murabba downtown development. So, not only does the hotel promise to look amazing, it will have some equally record-breaking views.

The Mondrian Riyadh hotel will have 200 keys, including 130 standard rooms and suites, 25 keys for one-bedroom rooms, 35two-bedroom rooms, and ten three-bedroom serviced apartments. Plus, you’ll be able to dig in at three new restaurants.
Ennismore is also opening a Morgans Original hotel in the upcoming NEOM ski resort Trojena, along with the 25hours hotel as part of the first hotels heading to the Saudi smart city of the future.
