Chopsticks at the ready: Sumosan Riyadh opens today.
The contemporary Japanese restaurant is opening its doors on Friday August 12 in Laysen Valley, an up-and-coming new complex in the capital, across from the Diplomatic Quarter.
The critically acclaimed fine-dining eatery has locations in many major cities of the world including London, Berlin and more.
If you’re into all things sashimi and yakitori, get ready for Sumosan Riyadh because we’re anticipating fresh, inventive Japanese cuisine. The eatery prides itself on producing modern Japanese dishes with traditional techniques and ingredients. You’ll be able to indulge in the elegance while swaying to the melodies of a live jazz band.

Wondering what’s on the menu? Dig into dishes like Sumosan’s classic lobster salad and elegantly presented wasabi prawns. A fan a beef? You’ll likely enjoy the wagyu sando served with a side of truffle fries or if you’re looking for something truly unique, enjoy a slice of Sumosan’s crispy sushi rice pizza. The menu also includes sushi selections such as the T&T roll, the Buba roll and more.
