Rüya Riyadh is coming.
Enjoy Anatolian eats in the Saudi capital at the upcoming restaurant in As Sulimaniyah’s bustling foodie area on Tahlia Street.
Rüya, which means dream in Turkish, was inspired by restaurateur Umut Özkanca’s Istanbul heritage. Other locations serve lunch and dinner dishes from all seven Anatolian regions. The Anatolian peninsula extends from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean.
Official Riyadh opening dates have yet to be announced, so keep checking back for additional news and updates on the opening.

Rüya is a Dubai-based restaurant that opened in 2016. It later extended its branches by opening in London’s luxurious Mayfair, and a World Cup pop-up in Doha. There is a permanent branch planned for Doha, along with Cannes.
Serving modern dishes inspired by historic Anatolian gastronomy, with a focus on seasonality, we’re expecting Rüya Riyadh’s menu to have the popular à la carte options such as raw veggies and red pepper yogurt, rice-stuffed mussels with breadcrumbs and herbs, and the famous Turkish bread simit.
The Dubai-eatery also offers vegan-friendly options including wild mushroom ragout, pistachio pilaf and triple-cooked garlic and chili chips, so Riyadh vegans, it’s looking like you might be covered.
You might be able to end your night on a sweet note at Rüya Riyadh with a traditional Anatolian rice pudding with raspberries, rose ice cream and lokum known as fırın sütlaç.
