Founding Day Parade
Watch military personnel and members of the Diriyah community trot their way down the historical Diriyah route for Saudi Founding Day Diriyah celebrations. The parade will following in the footsteps of Imam Muhammad bin Saud, and it kicks off at 4pm on Wednesday February 22. It is free.

Street Festivities
The streets of Diriyah are coming to life for Saudi Founding Day celebrations. The event is happening all weekend visitors on a journey of musical and theatrical performances. You can make you way through the various immersive installations and cultural activations from Wednesday February 22 to Friday February 24 from 5pm to 1am.

Bujairi Terrace restaurants
Celebrate Founding Day with food. Bujairi Terrace is the newly opened luxury foodie destination and home to big restaurant brands including Angelina, TATEL and Maiz, among 20 picks. The dining destination is welcoming Founding Day-themed workshops, storytelling events, kite-flying, balloons and sweet treats. To enjoy most of the Saudi Founding Day Diriyah celebrations, you’ll need a Diriyah Entry Pass.

Date experience
Starting Wednesday February 22 and continuing until Saturday February 25, Bujairi Terrace will have a date experience. Look out for the live demonstration of the method of harvesting dates, storing dates, and all the various date types.

Park activations
Three main parks in Diriyah will be hosting activations: JAX, Skate and Musab bin Omair Mosque parks will have an array of cultural activities from Wednesday February 22 to Saturday February 25, from 4pm to midnight. Get in on jewellery-making, workshops and traditional games. You can also watch an ardha performance as well as samri dances. You won’t need a ticket for this one. It’s free.

Diriyah Seasonal Market
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Turiaf is treating visitors to the first Diriyah Seasonal Market. Pick from home-grown produce as well as local craft items from the many stalls. Snap a picture at the photo booth or take home a memorable souvenir.
