Are you looking to unwind? A new ten-day Five Senses Sanctuary was announced by AlUla Wellness Festival. It’s a ten-day wellness festival that will run from Friday March 18 to Sunday March 28.
It features yoga classes from world-renowned yoga professionals, wellness talks, workshops, music, and massage therapy.
The idea behind the Five Senses Sanctuary is that visitors get to engage all the five senses (taste, smell, touch, sight, and hearing) in a number of activities like guided meditation, moonrise musical gatherings, group breakfasts, and more.
The space is divided into five different spots for various activities. Pavilion A is under the theme of “move, sweat, flow’, and it will be hosting energetic yoga classes. Pavilion B is known as the “meditate, breathe, align”, it will be hosting the meditation, mindfulness and breathwork classes.
The Theatre Dome is for “learning, growth, and inspiration”. Here you’ll be hearing talks about subjects like astrology, neuroscience, and more. For the foodies, make a beeline to The Central Café, where the chef curates healthy meals inspired by AlUla. That’s not all, at the festival, you can also attend workshops like Arabic perfume making, jewellery design, and more.
Want to support local designers? At Five Senses Sanctuary, it has a specific retail section curated by ShopatCulture, a Saudi e-commerce business promoting Saudi designers. There will be a total of 30 unique brands offering an exclusive collection just for AlUla.
At night, you can relax as you listen to music from international musicians like Dan Moores and Bruno Fav.
Tickets for Five Senses Sanctuary are SAR300 for a full day pass.
