The wait is finally over. One of Riyadh Season’s most anticipated events was the return of Winter Wonderland. Back in 2019 when Riyadh Season first rocked up in town, Winter Wonderland was one of the most popular events for kids and the big kid in us all.
Making its way all the way from the United Kingdom, this amusement park meets festive experience brings some chills to the desert. They say bigger is better, and Winter Wonderland certainly fits the bill. Winter Wonderland is 40 per cent larger than last year, so it’s safe to say that Riyadh Season’s slogan “imagine more” was not lost on them.
With 52 rides, a total of 103 games spread across the 6 sub-zones, it aims to offer entertainment for all ages. The sub-zones have been announced and include Snow Forest, Dreamland Carnival, Winter Fair, Tales of Terror, and last but not least, the Magic Toy Box. Each one has different games, restaurants, cafés and more.
Starting from October 27 and running until March 31, Winter Wonderland will be with us for nearly a full five months. Given that we all missed out on the festive fun last year, it’s only fair.
