Movie-goers and cinema-lovers rejoice. Muvi Cinemas just opened Riyadh’s biggest cinema in Boulevard Riyadh City.
Premiering the new The Batman movie, the Riyadh Boulevard City location is the largest cinema in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 25 screens. The latest film in the long-running Batman franchise, sees Robert Pattinson take the reins of the famously dark superhero.
The new Muvi Cinemas location features the first 4DX screen in Saudi Arabia and the biggest in the world in terms of seats. The newly opened spot also has the Xperience powered by CGS, a junior brand, with a party room, as well as a VIP offering, luxury Muvi Suites and Muvi Boutiques, where each auditorium is themed including a London-style theme, a paparazzi theme and a Beverly Hills themed boutique.
This new cinema is homegrown brand Muvi Cinemas’ 21st establishment in the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia’s first truly home-grown cinema company, Muvi made its debut in 2019. Its venue at Al Hamra Mall was the first cinema to be opened in East Riyadh and remains a favourite not only with movie-goers in that area but also those who like a cosy way to watch the latest flicks.
