Get your art fix at the Maris Shepherd’s exhibition
The artist Maris Shepherd is renowned for capturing history on her canvas. Having first visited Saudi Arabia in 1999, she is back with an exhibition at Naila Art Gallery. The exhibition offers you the chance to view art that carries an unexpected backstory and has never been viewed in public.

Have breakfast at Leila min Lebnen
When we stumbled upon the Lebanese breakfast selection at this delightful eatery we were instantly enamoured. The creamy, homemade labneh with diced vegetables, the thoroughly filling fava been Foul and chickpea balila and fabulous fatteh all really make an impression. However, the king of the Lebanese breakfast at Leila’s is surely the egg kawarma – spiced, ground beef topped with a pair of fried eggs. Simple but sublime at the same time.
