Ready to take your weekend escapes to the next level? A brand new Nobu Hotel is coming to Saudi Arabia’s Khobar.
The new US$63.5 million (SAR 238 million) five-star Nobu Hotel will have 100 rooms and suites, 62 residential units, a luxury Nobu restaurant, pools, health centre, gym, and meeting and event venues.
To be located in the waterfront area of the city, the Nobu Hotel will also feature wellness centre, meeting and event space, concierge services, in-residence Nobu dining, and priority access to Nobu events.

Tourism Development Fund and Ennismore signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to bring 12 of the brand’s destinations to Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia will also be getting a shiny new Ritz-Carlton Reserve called Nujuma which will be the first in the Middle East. The reserves are currently located in Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.
Rosewood Riyadh will also be opening up in 2025, and the property will have 250 luxurious rooms, including 202 guestrooms, plus, suites, and 48 Wadi Suites ranging from one to three bedrooms.
