Dyar Bakery brings global flavours to your plate, and the menu features everything from French pastries to Indian breakfast dishes. Having just opened a second branch in one of Riyadh’s most happening districts, Hittin, Dyar Bakery’s décor includes modern architecture, a spacious plan, wooden accents, and glass panels overlooking the photogenic dessert selection (we’re talking thick French toast bites, tiramisu, and more).

Hacked Bakery
Opened 35 years ago as a family business, Hacked Bakery is one of the new bakeries in Riyadh with a story behind it. On the search for the best cookie, a mother of three set out on perfecting her very own cookie that she now shares with us. We know, how lucky are we. While we don’t like sharing our cookies, the “cookie promises” at Hacked Bakery might just have us breaking ours in half. Take your pick between the melted classic choco-chip cookie topped with Belgium chocolate, oats & pecan, double trouble, and more cookie monster devouring options.

Open daily 8pm-midnight. King Abdullah Rd, Ar Rahmaniyyah, instagram.com/hacked.sa.
Republic Coffee Bar and Bakery
Making its way from Qatar, Republic has now joined the new bakeries in Riyadh. The Doha-based bakery is a staple spot back home, so naturally, we were more than happy to welcome it to Riyadh’s Al Aqiq district. The coffee bar did not come to play when it comes to coffee and desserts. Serving up praline and caramel French toasts, marble cake drizzled with a generous helping of melted chocolate, and flaky croissants in a variety of flavours, head here to relax with a cup in this cosy yet airy spot.

Open Sat-Thu 8am-midnight, Fri 1pm-2am. Prince Muhammad Ibn Saad Ibn Abdulaziz Rd, Al Aqiq, instagram.com/republic.sa.
