It’s getting smoky at Level 23.
Dubai-based chef Hattem Mattar is coming to Riyadh for a special one-night-only dining experience this weekend.
The Hattem Mattar Level 23 event is happening at King Abdullah Financial District, and it will be a prime time to sample big barbecue flavours from the first Arab pitmaster.
The Hattem Mattar Level 23 event runs from Friday December 16 from 7.30pm to 11pm.

Mattar is a grilling guru and the first taste-maker and culinary ambassador to the UAE and USA. He also opened Dubai’s first and only artisan smokehouse known for barbeque techniques and brisket sandwiches. He has eateries across the UAE, including a venue at Time Out Market Dubai, Mattar, and there are plans to expand to Saudi with a farm in AlUla. While we hungrily await a permanent Riyadh location, the Hattem Mattar Level 23 experience offers the chance to try his signature barbecue.

Level 23 is an ongoing rooftop event at KAFD Towers that welcomes world-class chefs every Friday to showcase their culinary talents, and introduce new dining experiences to the foodie capital.
