New York’s Carbone has come to Riyadh Season 2022. Get ready for that pasta twirl.
A Carbone Riyadh Season 2022 pop-up is happening at the Al Murabba zone from Thursday November 3 until Sunday December 18.
The Italian-American eatery will be open from 6pm to 3am so you know where you could head for dinner, especially if you’re after Italian eats.

The Carbone Riyadh Season 2022 pop-up is an early introduction to the popular restaurant in Saudi before it opens a permanent location in Mansard Riyadh: A Radisson Collection Hotel, next to another famed NYC resto, the ever-popular brunch spot Sadelle’s.
Carbone has locations across the globe from Las Vegas to Hong Kong, and Carbone Riyadh will be the first branch opening in the Middle East. The venue is known for its elevated dishes in a relaxed atmosphere so we’re curious to see what it will bring to Riyadh Season 2022.
Popular items on the Carbone include linguini vongole and veal parmesan.
