Whichever you go for, they are all grass-fed, organic and perfectly cooked. If you a have a few riyals to spare, try the Heat Wave (with jalapeños, sriracha bacon and chipotle sauce). Century Burger

The brothers who founded Riyadh burger fave Century Burger have paid homage to the food they found on their American academic jaunt. After a little history homework, the siblings decided to make their own burger joint stay true to this much-loved feast’s roots. Thankfully,  they had chefs with the vision to make their signature Century Burger an unforgettable one. It’s hard to beat, in all honesty. But for a splash of grandeur, try the truffle version. Or for a hint of healthy, they even rustle up keto beef and chicken options. Hats of for trying, lads, but we know we could only go 100 per cent, unadulterated lean and juicy.

Simple choose whether you’re in the mood for the signature or classic burger and then decide whether it’s a single, double or triple you can handle. If cute, cosy and cool are three adjectives that describe your desire when choosing your burger-based weapon of choice, then look no further than Opaq Eatery. The menu here is as compact as the venue itself. For once, we’re singing the praises of a place whose chicken options outnumber those of its cattle comrades. When you can produce five different types of burger to such high standards, you really can have no beef with them. Classic or Truffle are your cow-based burger options. Chicken pickers can go Classic, Caesar or Buffalo, again a tough but rewarding choice.

The California Burger

It’s hard not to adore a place that keeps things simple. The California Burger has its tried and tested recipe for its perfect patties, so all you really have to do is decided how high you want them stacked. Most of us mere mortals will be happy with a single or a double, but if you happen are a champion eater, let them loose on the five-decker (and make sure you film it for posterity). And the sides aren’t just left to one side, either: the truffle parmesan fries make a winning combo. They’re open till 2am for that late-night craving.
