Are you ready to groove? Groove on the Grass is arriving in Saudi Arabia this weekend. The massive dance festival is taking place at King Abdullah Economic City, near Jeddah.
Groove on the Grass KSA is happening in Juman Park, located in King Abdullah Economic City, on Friday May 13 with additional events happening on Saturday May 14.
The debut Groove on the Grass 2022 KSA line-up boasts Saudi artists like Vinyl Mode, Vaaro, Dorar, and Hats & Klaps. International talents include Birds of Mind, Dish Dash, Deian, Shkoon, and Mano Le Tough.

The event will be 18+, and tickets have already been released. Prices start at SAR350, and the festival will begin at 3pm and go on until well into the night, ending at 3am.
Attendees must also be fully vaccinated and present the Tawakkalna app.
On the grass, you’ll also see a cool marketplace which will feature local vendors specialising in festival attire, fashion, accessories, art, and fun activities.
Day two of Groove on the Grass KSA will be slightly different though. On Saturday May 14, Groove on the Grass will be collaborating with Avantgarde to host the Berlin-based music event series called La Maison. The event will showcase Christian AB, Thomas Melchior, Majid’s Music, and more. Doors will open at 1pm at KAEC.
Groove on the Grass is a popular music festivals in the Middle East. The Dubai music festival (now called Desert Groove in the UAE) has been bringing music and dance around for nine years and has featured more than 180 artists Middle East debuts. If you’re looking for up-and-coming musical talent, and a chance to travel around Saudi Arabia this weekend, this is a solid choice.
