Get ready to sing, Riyadh. The Gamers8 opening ceremony has been revealed, and it features as star-studded concert with performances by J Balvin, Sebastian Ingrosso, Amr Diab and more.
Gamers8 is coming to Boulevard Riyadh City for eight weeks of Esports in Saudi Arabia. The massive gaming event is kicking off Thursday July 14 with concerts, fireworks, a drone show and more celebrations.
As mentioned, the Gamers8 opening ceremony concert will feature popular Egyptian singer, Colombian superstar J Balvin and Swedish DJ Sebastian Ingrosso from Swedish House Mafia. That’s not all. Bosnian-Swedish dance favourite Salvatore Ganacci and Riyadh-based DJ Elfuego will also take to the Riyadh stage on the opening night festivities.

J Balvin and Sebastian Ingrosso are both Grammy Award-nominated artists and Amr Diab is one of the bestselling Middle Eastern artists. Balvin is known for his Latin hits including “Mi Gente” and “Say My Name”. Ingrosso is back performing in Saudi Arabia after his mainstage performance at Soundstorm in Riyadh in 2021.
Local and regional music talents will perform each weekend during Gamers8.
