AlUla Moments will return for the next three years

Expect more aerial events at the festivals

AlUla Moments is returning. Get ready for another three years of fun at the outdoor festival.

AlUla Moments just signed a three-year sponsorship agreement with Saudia Airlines, following the recent AlUla Skies Festival. The partnership means the festival is coming back for the next three years.

AlUla Moments announced AlUla Skies as part of its city-wide festival. This fun outdoor event saw guests take part in sky activities, including hot air ballooning, night-time glow shows, helicopter rides, constellation watching and a unique stargazing experience that saw over 2000 drones taking to AlUla’s skies.

Also taking place was a concert called Symphony under the Stars,’ which highlighted AlUla’s natural and astronomical heritage.

AlUla Moments also saw the Saudi team take part in AlUla’s first Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo 2022, which was a luxury equestrian event against the glorious AlUla landscape.

It also hosted its first-ever museum in the sky flight, which took users on a journey through the living museum of a city, AlUla, and the home of Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, Hegra.

AlUla is on its way to becoming one of the most popular getaways outside of Riyadh. One way AlUla is achieving this is by hosting concerts inside its spectacular concert hall, Maraya. The hall has already hosted big names, from Lebanese star Hiba Tawaji to Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, and most recently Lionel Richie.

Stay tuned to Time Out for the latest about the the forthcoming festivals.
