Noor Riyadh festival 2022 will be the biggest and brightest edition yet.
The Saudi capital is about to get so bright you might just need your sunglasses at night.
Noor Riyadh promises to illuminate the city with over 190 artworks and more than 500 activities.
Noor Riyadh festival will dazzle Riyadh from Tuesday November 3 to Wednesday November 19 across five main hubs in the city and 40 locations.
The five man hubs being put in the spotlight are the Diplomatic Quarter, King Abdullah Financial District, Salam Park, JAX District and King Abdullah Park.
The light festival will also welcome an exhibition called From Spark to Spirit that will run until Saturday February 4, 2023.
To bring even more brightness, the awe-striking Noor Riyadh festival 2022 will also include a nightly laser performance called Pulse of Light and a drone show featuring 2,000 drones at King Abdullah Park.

Noor Riyadh events also include tours, talks, workshops, familiar activities, volunteering programmes and live music. All the activities correspond to the theme “We Dream of New Horizons” and promise to light up the sky.
Around 90 of the artworks are new commissions unique to this edition of Noor Riyadh, including “The Garden of Light” by Charles Sandison, “AMPLEXUS” by Grimanesa Amorós and “Waterlicht” by Daan Roosegaarde.
Salam Park will host the world’s first inflatable fountain by art company Eness, KAFD will house “Chasing the Sun” by Asaad Badawi and Zahra Bundaki’s “The Voice of Listening” will be at JAX district.
