The South Korean group are coming to Riyadh on January 14

K-pop fans rejoice. Riyadh Season seems to have endless surprises in store for us and we are buzzing with excitement about the most recent announcement: South Korean boyband, Stray Kids, will be performing in the capital on January 14.

Taking to Twitter, CEO of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh finally put all the rumours to rest and announced that Stray Kids would indeed be coming to Riyadh next year.

Stray Kids started on their journey to K-pop stardom on Stray Kids which was a reality TV show in 2017. The band includes Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N.

Riyadh previously welcomed another South Korean group, BTS. The popular group were not only the first-ever Korean group to play in Saudi Arabia, but the first foreign artists to play a solo stadium show in Saudi Arabia. As part of their Speak Yourself tour, BTS performed a sold-out concert at King Fahad International Stadium.

Known for their catchy vocals and cool choreography, Stray Kids are set to follow in BTS’s footsteps. They are already one of the most popular groups to come out of South Korea, and their second studio album titled Noeasy sold over 1.22 million copies worldwide.

Tickets for the concert will go on sale on November 25, so get ready for some K-pop.
