Hey, Riyadh. Ready to get your self-care on? Hyatt Regency Riyadh just announced the launch of their Sokoun Spa and Fitness centre in Olaya for in-house guests.
Soukoun is an Arabic word that means peace and relaxation, and at the spa, that’s exactly what you get. It includes a jacuzzi, a stunning ice fountain, a dry sauna, a wet sauna, an experience shower, a relaxing lounge and an exclusive members’ lounge.

Feeling a little stressed? Soukoun Spa has got you covered with special treatments like the muscle melt (watch the tension melt away) and total renewal, so you can watch the stress melt away.
Also on the menu are salon services like hair styling, manicures, and pedicures too.
The fitness centre includes professional personal trainers who specialize in specific areas including weight loss, sports performance, endurance, body toning and bodybuilding for both guests and visitors.
Reda El Hadidy, Manager of Sokoun Spa and Fitness Center, said: “In order to enhance the quality of life by ensuring overall well-being, both mental and physical, in line with the hotel’s effort toward achieving Saudi Vision 2030, we have developed our facilities to enhance and expand our wellness offerings to meet the growing recreational needs of female guests in today’s buzzing work lifestyle.”
Here’s to some oh-so-relaxing times.
