Dreaming about your next holiday in the United States? Saudi citizens are getting their US visit visas extended. You can now apply for 10-year US visas starting next month.
Previously, US visit visas for Saudi Arabia were valid for five years. The validity is being doubled beginning Monday August 1.
The announcement about the US visit visas extension was made during US president Joe Biden’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia.

Earlier this year, Saudi Arabia and the United States introduced the Interview Waiver Program. Under the initiative, Saudi Arabia citizens over 50 years old who are renewing their US visas can apply for a waiver of the in-person interviews if the visa has been expired for fewer than 48 months.
Children under the age of 14 also do not need to appear for an interview for US visas. Parents may apply on behalf of their children under “dependent” on the parent’s profile when scheduling an appointment.
