Top Gun shooting range opens in Riyadh

Take aim at the biggest shooting range in the Middle East

It’s time to take aim. Top Gun shooting range has opened in the capital and is the biggest shooting range in the Middle East. If you’re a thrill-seeker looking for your next adventure, you may well find it here, as the venue has different ranges, guns and, most importantly, uses real bullets.

Top Gun boasts 39 shooting ranges in total, but three different zones where targets vary from close distance to long-range, both indoors and outdoors. There is one zone dedicated to snipers where you can use the 22 LP Caliber sniper gun, another for indoor pistols and one outdoors where you use shotguns with reactive flying traps. That’s a whole lot of shooting.

During your session, you’ll be given protective gear, from headphones (to block out the sound of the guns firing) to goggles. You are not allowed to bring food or drink, plus you can definitely not bring along your own guns and must only use the guns provided.

At Top Gun, you’ll feel like you’re in your very own film (hence the name), and collect points along the way depending on how great you aim. While you might not be as sharp as Tom Cruise, you can compete with your friends and see who has the best aim. At the end, you are given your shooting results and can see how well you’ve performed.

The grounds also have a restaurant, coffee shop and a cigar room. Plus, there’s a gift shop where you can pick up souvenirs. Make sure you take some time to check out its horse sanctuary and the falcon show.

All attendees must be double jabbed with one of Saudi Arabia’s approved COVID-19 vaccines. It is also mandatory to wear a mask indoors and download the Tawakkalna app, which displays your vaccination status. Plus, all participants must be 15 years or older. Game on.

From SAR250. Open daily 11pm-4pm. King Fahd Road, Malham, topgun-sa.com.
