If you’ve been on the edge of your seat waiting for the MDLBEAST Soundstorm line-up, get ready to feast your eyes on the first acts. MDLBEAST is ready to take Saudi by a Soundstorm with over 150 local and international artists set to perform at the four-day music festival in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from Thursday December 16 to Sunday 19.
And now, Saudi Arabia’s MDLBEAST Soundstorm line-up has announced its first acts for its 2021 Festival. The record-breaking four-day festival will feature some of the biggest international names in the music industry performing alongside regional and local talents.
The First Phase MDLBEAST Soundstorm line-up includes fresh talent and comebacks from 2019’s festival such as, Armin Van Buuren, David Guetta, Deadmau5, DJ Snake, Eric Prydz, Martin Garrix, Paul Kalkbrenner, Tiësto, and Steve Aoki, as well as Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Jeff Mills, Nina Kraviz, and Sven Väth.
Speaking exclusively to Time Out Riyadh, K.LED, a local talent who is set to return to the festival after his outstanding performance in 2019, said: “I’ll never forget the rush I had being behind the decks at Soundstorm 2019.
“By far, one of the most impactful moments of my life was witnessing the energy and excitement of the beautiful people of Saudi and seeing family and friends, celebrating life and music freely, in my own country. I also had the honour of sharing the stage with one of my all-time idols, Kerry Chandler.”
As for his participation in this year’s line-up he stated: “After last year’s cancellations due to COVID-19, I am really excited to take part in bringing back this year’s Soundstorm. I am extremely grateful and humbled to return to the decks in front of the beautiful people of Saudi, all there for the same cause. Music and living life to the fullest.”
Tickets to the festival are now available on MDLBEAST’s website and Virgin Megastore Riyadh, and they come in four categories: Storm Chaser, Storm Blazer, VIB, and VIB Box, with prices starting from SAR339 for a four-day general admission Storm Chaser ticket, up to SAR8,999 for a four-day VIB pass, while VIB Box prices are available on enquiry.
This year MDLBEAST is promising to set the bar higher after its outstanding success in 2019, which resulted in more than 400,000 attendees, over 80 artists performances, six fully equipped stages and so much more.
