Alas, it’s finally time to bid one of the biggest gaming festivals in the country goodbye. Not before a final bang though. Get ready to sing along with Rabeh Saqer, Jazzy Spa Sounds, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and Loush at the Gamers8 closing concert at Boulevard Riyadh City. Keeping us company for a while now, it’s safe to say we’ll be missing Gamers8’s musical vibes.

GameDev Programs
The GameDev Programs present gamers all over Saudi Arabia with a unique opportunity to learn programming and time management at a unique exhibition. It’s one of the popular things to do at Gamers8 Riyadh for those interesting in everything gaming. Here are all the programmes you can register for. Definitely one of the coolest things to do at Gamers8.
Make it and Play it
Ready to make your own game? This course will provide you with more than 37 trainers and 15 workshops to help you along in your journey. You can also win up to SAR500,000. To register, you have to be between the ages of nine and 17.

Game Development with Roblox
Looking for a way to bond with the little ones? Here’s one of the family-friendly things to do on the Gamers8 list. Mae memories of experiencing the in-trend Roblox fun alongside your kids. Create your own single-player platformer/monetisation, game designing in practice, grouping, designing, pitching, final project and a showcase. Phew.

After more amazing things to do at Gamers8? One of Saudi’s most famous Esports teams will have its own zone at the massive festival. Meet 16 content creators, participate in workshops, and visit the villa’s academy.

Batman Experience
Is that the Bat-Signal in the sky? new A Batman experience is on Boulevard Riyadh City for Gamers8. Explore a mirror maze, snap a pic in the photo booth or try to take the perfect Polaroid. Other activities include a mallet masher, a parasol prism, break the ice (bypassing the metal circuits without triggering Mr. Freeze’s Alarm System), and more.

Sonic The Hedgehog Experience
Looking for some fun with the kiddos? A Sonic The Hedgehog has opened at the Playstation Zone at Gamers8. You can book your tickets here for SAR40 on weekdays and SAR50 on weekends. The zone a range of games including criss-cross, zorb ball, gyroscope, PlayStation & PC Games, rodeo bull, Jacob’s ladder, ball climbing, and arcade machines. Be speedy like Sonic and see if you can play them all.

World Cosplay Summit
Enjoy cosplay? So do we. Before Gamers8 comes to a close, we knew it wouldn’t leave us empty handed. Bringing Japan’s World Cosplay Summit to the Kingdom, the event will also see musical performances by Rasha Rizk and Kitadani Hiroshi. Put on your best costume and make the most of the final days.
