FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ticket sales to reopen

First-come first-served sales period starts on Wednesday March 23

Missed out on getting FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tickets in the random draw? You’re certainly not alone.

But not to worry, because sales are set to reopen on Wednesday March 23 on a first-come first-served basis.

Opening at 1pm Doha and KSA time, you should head over to FIFA.com/tickets quickly as tickets are likely to sell out pronto.

Fans won’t have the agonising wait to find out if they have tickets, as all purchases will be processed as a real-time transaction.

Three types of tickets will be available to purchase at this time – individual match tickets, team specific ticket series, and four-stadium ticket series.

The first-come first-served sales period of the initial phase will run until noon local time on Tuesday March 29.

There is still a second sales phase, with another random draw and another first-come first-served period, yet to come after the final draw.

Last-minute tickets will also be available throughout the tournament on a first-come first-served basis.

Qatar residents are able to purchase tickets at a discounted price, with group matches starting at QR40, rising up to QR750 for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 final.

International fans attending matches will need to obtain a Hayya Card, and also confirm their accommodation plans after buying their tickets.
