The Aramco Saudi Ladies International returns this March

Partner content: Women’s golf stars and fun-filled free entertainment all at a stunning Red-Sea

World class golf action is returning to Aramco Saudi Ladies International presented by PIF is back with a new date. Stars from the Ladies European Tour will return in just few days to the history-making event, that includes defending champion and world No. 3, New Zealand’s Lydia Ko. Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City plays host on Thursday March 17 to March 20 – so get ready.

The Aramco Saudi Ladies International presented by Public Investment Fund is returning for 2022 with the new March date as well as the biggest early-season purse in what will be a record-breaking year for the Ladies European Tour (LET). Players will be competing for a staggering $1 million prize-purse.  

Those vying for the top prize include major winners Anna Nordqvist and Georgia Hall, as well as Solheim Cup stars Carlota Ciganda and Bronte Law. Past-LET winners Marianne Skarpnord, Olivia Cowan, Pauline Roussin Bouchard, Steph Kyriacou and Anne van Dam, and the tournament’s debut 2020 champion, Emily Kristine Pedersen of Denmark, will also make appearances.

Beyond the excitement on the course, there will be plenty of family fun at the free event, which will be staged against the stunning backdrop of the Red Sea in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

A host of activities will be available with Golf Saudi keen to inspire even more women to get into golf. The event will have fan zones filled with entertainment, music and activities. There will also be mini-golf, food trucks, golf coaching and golf performance zones.
