Been lucky enough to secure yourself a ticket for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022? Then you can now make your hotel booking for during the tournament.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy has just announced that the hotel accommodation portal – qatar2022.qa/book – is open for spectators.
You’ll be able to choose from hotels, cruise ships, apartments and fan villages, with options updated throughout the year.
Fans looking to secure their accommodation will need to provide their ticket application number while booking, and the number of rooms you are able to book will be determined by how many tickets you have secured.

There are a huge range of accommodation options, with prices on the four-star MSC Poesia – which will be docked at Doha Port throughout the tournament – starting at QR640 per night.
Details are yet to be revealed about the fan villages, which will be set up in the desert, but the Supreme Committee has said they will have a ‘festival-like’ setting.
All ticket holders, including local fans, will be expected to apply for a Hayya Card, which is also now available.
The Hayya Card will give spectators their entry permit to Qatar and access to stadiums, as well as free metro and bus access.
Match ticket holders can apply for the card through the Qatar2022 website, or by downloading the ‘Hayya to Qatar 2022’ app on iOS or Android.
