Partner Content: All the reasons to stay at this tranquil spot this Ramadan

Planning on having a getaway in AlUla during Ramadan? Or would you like to mark Ramadan in a special way with your loved ones?

A serene desert retreat at Banyan Tree AlUla is just what you need. And just in time, this beautiful resort has curated a special Ramadan staycation experience.

You can expect a memorable stay here with stunning tented villas, including three-bedroom options with high canopied ceilings and decorated with authentic, Arabian-inspired handicrafts.

Each villa features a spacious patio with panoramic views of the Ashar Valley, while some villas feature a private swimming pool, too. Take things up a notch by taking a dip in the resort’s infinity rock pool.

Want to unwind and recharge? Head over to the Banyan Tree Spa to indulge in a range of Asian healing treatment options.

Wondering what’s in store? The Ramadan staycation includes a 60-minute treatment per person, per night (or a choice of a spa product for a value of SAR800 per person), in-villa suhoor, iftar in Harrat, as well as yoga and group meditation classes.

Once the sun sets, head over to Harrat for a special iftar until 8pm. Tuck into regional favourites from hot and cold mezze to shawarma, mandi and mixed grills and international options including Thai-inspired dishes. End the evening with a decadent pastry from the dessert trolley.

Suhoor is also available at Harrat between 11.30pm to 3am on weekdays and 11.30pm to 5am on weekends. Order from the à la carte menu, with a range of local favourites, including mains, desserts and light bites.
