The first NEOM OXAGON hotel has been revealed.
YOTEL is the first hotel opening in NEOM‘s industrial hub and its sooner than you think.
YOTEL OXAGON is a 300-key hotel that is set to open in 2025 costing around $148,000 per key amounting to a total of $44 million to build.

YOTEL started as an airport sleeper brand for airport layovers and has since branched out to a newer more improved brand.
The hotel brand is popular with people traveling for business, so it’s quite fitting that it’s the first opening in the business hub.
The environmentally friendly hotel usually houses YOTEL rooms covering 30 sq m per room and aims to follow in the footsteps of the giga-projects aim for a more sustainable tech-savvy future.
The ambitious first NEOM OXAGON hotel is introducing new technology-based hospitality. Don’t believe us? Guests will be greeted by a robotic concierge. YOTEL OXAGON will also have motorised smart beds a 24 hour fitness centre and a network space.
As mentioned previously, OXAGON will be the largest floating structure running on 100 percent clean energy. It aims to house 90,000 residents and will welcome 13 percent of global trade through the Suez Canal.
NEOM recently announced the first hotels headed to the icy ski resort TROJENA and host city of the Asian Winter Games in 2022 as well as the third mountainous retreat The Chedi. Fly across the skies in the NEOM Nimbus hotel with canopy style rooms unfolding upon landing.
