Yauatcha Riyadh launches special menu to celebrate two years in the city

The party is on until the end of February

In the mood for Chinese food here in downtown Riyadh? You’re in luck, as Yauatcha just turned two and it’s launching a special menu to celebrate all through February.

Yauatcha is a cool contemporary dim sum spot here in Riyadh brought to you by the team behind global dim sum titan Hakkasan.

The anniversary menu features dhao yùn lucky dim sum which includes a smoked duck shui mai, seabass dumplings, and a black pepper chicken puff. While the menu does have larger dishes like crab meat served with pineapple fried rice and Szechuan-style rib eye beef, the spot is pretty much known for the trademark dim sum and sharing-style plates.

And if you have a sweet tooth, Yauatcha Riyadh has you covered. It’s serving the cleverly named lucky coin, comprised of mandarin curd and compote, ginger cream, cheese, orange mousse, and topped with crumble. Not feeling too lucky? Order the tiger macron which is made of tasty mandarin puree and orange ganache.

Set in the upper portions of Riyadh’s Mode Al Faisaliah shopping mall, predominantly home to an assortment of luxury brands, Yauatcha Riyadh fits right into the mix. The restaurant has a beautiful interior that includes cherry blossom trees and a rooftop view of the city. If you’re looking to impress someone special, this is by no means a bad place to start.

Let’s grab those chopsticks, Riyadh.

Until 28 February. SAR350 per person, minimum two guests. Open daily 12pm-11.30pm. Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Rd, Al Olaya, instagram.com/yauatchariyadh/
