The big event will be hosted on Wednesday October 5 and Thursday October 6 complete with live entertainment, so you can sway to the music while saveur delicious dishes.
Beginning his career at just 14 years of age, chef Mascia reflects the new generation of Italian chefs. At 33, he’s fed people all over the world, in Italy’s Ristorante Vissani and Ristorante Romano di Viareggio, in the USA at the Osteria Fiamma of New York among others. Now, you can enjoy his signature dishes in the Saudi capital.
