4twins Coffee

Hailed by some as the best mini-pancakes in Riyadh, this place might just be your new best friend. Located in one of Riyadh’s top spots, Boulevard Riyadh City, 4twins has a gorgeous green interior with a lovely purple LED logo upfront. It offers only two choices of flavours, but what it lacks in variety it makes up for in taste. The two choices are classic with a Nutella topping and red velvet. So you can grab one of the tasty orders and head right back to everyone’s favourite Riyadh Season zone.

You won’t know whether to admire the gorgeous artwork or the cute little cakes at Acoustic. Having hosted the likes of princes and ambassadors, Acoustic happens to be one of the classiest spots for pancakes in Riyadh. It has some great choices for pancakes so it can be made to your liking. Buffalo Southwest Café / Fatburger

Looking for one of the best American pancakes in town? Look no further, as there are a wide variety of waffles and omelettes. This place up delicious creations like the chicken skillet and the pancake sandwich straight to your plate. This is the best place to get value for each riyal, because not only do you get served great food, it’s served in huge portions. The delicious pancakes come with a great choice of toppings like strawberries and cream, coconut, fruits, and, of course, chocolate.

One of Riyadh’s first chocolate cafés, Dip and Dip is a personal favourite for us here at Time Out. It has one of the best chocolate sauces in Riyadh (yes, we mean it). The mini pancakes come served with their wonderful milk chocolate sauce and white chocolate sauce. The other dishes come with a beautiful criss-cross of both sauces over the top. Elements

Want someplace a little classier to start your day off right? We’ve got you covered. Located in the Four Seasons, Elements is a fine-dining restaurant that serves delicious breakfast options. It has a famed all-you-can-eat buffet with wonderful egg selections and frittatas. Elements have great fluffy pancakes that came with your choice of topping including strawberries, banana, Nutella or maple syrup. Dig into the tasty and luxurious pancakes over at Four Seasons and have a blast.

Le Grenier à Pain

Recreating the vibe of a down the road Parisian bakery, this spot is home to one of Riyadh’s best croissants. The dining hall is gorgeous, with all-white furniture and walls adding to the minimalistic aspect, which is punctuated with artwork for a quick pop of colour. Don’t be alarmed though, it also serves up some of the prettiest looking pancakes with grand portion sizes. The pancakes come with chocolate, caramel, mango, kiwi and so many other amazing toppings. And if you’re into toppings with ice cream, it also has strawberry, mango, chocolate and vanilla ice creams.

Moonshell

One of the very first all-vegan establishments in Riyadh. Just one glance at this rustic-inspired café with its stone walls and reclaimed wood windows and you’ll forever be smitten by its charms. Moonshell serves up amazing pancakes. It doesn’t have as many options, offering only the classic and the lentil pancakes, but the taste makes up for it. Proudly calling itself a vegan soul food joint, this place definitely has must-try pancakes in Riyadh.

The Coffee Club

Don’t worry we aren’t going to tell you to only drink coffee at The Coffee Club, as they serve so much more than your regular cup of coffee. Located in one of Riyadh’s top malls, Riyadh Park, this place is already killing it on the ambience scale, as it has beautiful glass and wood panelling, plus amazing plants and lighting. The pancake options include crumbled blueberry, mixed berries, Nutella and Japenese-style fluffy coconut pancakes.

Urth is one of Riyadh’s favourite cafés. With a name as cool as Urth, the venue has to deliver on the food and this place does. Serving up delicious organic, vegan and vegetarian breakfast options, the café has gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating areas so you can enjoy your breakfast alfresco style or all cosy indoors. Moving onto the pancakes, Urth has amazing buttermilk pancakes, green tea pancakes and gluten-free white corn pancakes served as a savoury sweet combo.
