Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2022’s best Thai restaurant winner Café Isan is opening another branch. The Thai street food spot, which has a licensed venue inside Armada BlueBay in Cluster P of JLT, and a regular restaurant in Cluster D, will soon be setting up shop in Jumeirah Village Circle.
